Participates elaborating technological criteria

Implements monitoring and inventory of the equipments in the production area

Provides consultation on cheese production technology

Implements general control over cheese production cycle

Implements laboratorial study of the products /chemical and microbiological/

  Required qualifications

Professional educational

Similar work expericen in the sphere of cheese production,

Work experience in conducting a laboratorial research

Knowledge and experience in packaging technologies
